About the practice

Silver Ridge Clinical Services

Mental clarity. Wherever you are.

How we work

Telehealth as primary, not fallback

Video care is not the contingency plan here. It is the delivery model. Our infrastructure, scheduling, and clinical workflows are all designed around it. Patients get consistent, unhurried appointments without the overhead of travel or waiting rooms.

Clinician continuity

You see the same provider, session after session. That is not a courtesy — it is a clinical requirement. Relationships carry information that intake forms cannot, and we protect that continuity deliberately.

Evidence-anchored treatment

Decisions here are driven by the published clinical literature, not preference or trend. When new research shifts the evidence base, practice shifts with it. Patients can expect treatment rationale they can ask about and understand.

Integrated psychiatric and therapy care

Psychiatry and psychotherapy inform each other at this practice. Prescribers and therapists communicate. When a patient sees both, neither clinician is operating in isolation. That coordination changes outcomes in ways siloed care cannot.

What we hold ourselves to

  • Access is not optional. care that only reaches people near a major city is incomplete care, and this practice was structured to avoid that failure.
  • Transparency over polish. patients receive honest assessments of what treatment can and cannot accomplish, stated plainly.
  • Scope before ambition. Silver Ridge operates within a defined clinical scope and refers out when another setting would serve a patient better.
  • Coordination as standard. psychiatrists and therapists within this practice share relevant clinical context by default, not by exception.
  • Time spent well. appointments here are protected from the pressures that produce rushed, cursory clinical encounters.
  • Consent is continuous. treatment direction is explained, revisited, and adjusted with active patient input at every stage.

Our story

Nevada is a vast state. Most of it has no psychiatrist within fifty miles. Silver Ridge Clinical Services was built to close that gap, not with a workaround, but with a deliberate clinical infrastructure designed for remote-first care.

The founding premise was simple: outpatient behavioral health should not require a commute. Clinicians in this practice believed that Nevadans in Reno, Henderson, Elko, and everywhere between deserved the same quality of psychiatric and therapeutic care as those in dense urban corridors. That belief shaped every operational and clinical decision made since.

Our clinical team

The Silver Ridge clinical team comprises board-certified psychiatrists and fully licensed psychotherapists whose credentials meet or exceed Nevada licensure requirements. Every clinician on staff has demonstrated competency in telehealth delivery specifically — not just in-person care adapted to a screen. The practice holds a high bar on ongoing clinical education and peer consultation.

When you're ready, we are too.
